Return Policy

Elegancekitc™ accepts eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and kept with original packaging, accessories, manuals, protective materials, and proof of purchase.

Kitchen furniture must be handled carefully before return. Items that have been assembled, installed, modified, stained, scratched, exposed to water damage, or used in daily kitchen activity may not qualify for return.

To request a return, please contact service@elegancekitc.com before sending anything back. Return instructions must be confirmed first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Customers may be asked to provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label before the return is reviewed. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the result.

Return eligibility may depend on product condition, packaging condition, item type, and delivery status. Oversized or multi-box items may require additional review before approval.
